Refund policy

Damaged, misprinted or wrong book? Send us a photo of the book and the parcel within 48 hours of delivery, on WhatsApp at 96109 91981 or by email to shivshaktibooksjodhpur@gmail.com. We will send a replacement at no cost.

Delayed order: If your order has not reached you 15 working days after dispatch, contact us with your order number. We will trace it and send a replacement or a full refund.

Undelivered orders: If India Post returns your parcel to us for a genuine reason, we refund the full amount after it reaches us. Orders refused at delivery are not refunded.

We do not accept returns of books received in good condition.

Refunds go back to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show the amount.
